You deserve to feel good in your body and at peace in your mind.

Our bodies hold on to what our minds cannot always process, and over time, those unhealed parts of us can manifest as physical or emotional pain. But here’s the good news: healing is possible. You don’t have to live with this pain, and it certainly doesn’t have to define you.

As a woman in midlife, I understand the unique challenges that come from growing up with emotionally unvailable and toxic parents and how that manifests in our bodies during this transitional period.

As a mom to four neuro-diverse children, I also understand how our children can trigger the unhealed parts of ourselves, causing us to not always parent in an affirming way, adding to the guilt and shame that is already quite loud.

My mission is to support you as a mom, parent and indivdual to heal from chronic emotional/physical pain and limiting beliefs rooted in childhood trauma and people-pleasing behaviors.

I blend trauma-informed wellness coaching and parent coaching for women with my background in  coaching, adoption trauma, CPTSD, neuro-divergence, integrative nutrition and mindfulness (meditation, yoga and somatics) to gently guide you back to yourself.

Together, we’ll explore how you can reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you, and create a life where you feel whole, vibrant, and empowered.
