Story

Healing isn’t linear — many of us have “twisted roots” and that’s okay as there is beauty, strength and resilience in the places that feel messy and tangled.

If you’re a woman in midlife feeling overwhelmed, struggling with daily aches and pains, or finding yourself in roles or patterns that no longer fit, you’re not alone. Midlife brings hormonal changes and life transitions at a time when the nervous system and body often require more support.

This work offers a body-based path forward, focused on restoring nervous system regulation, easing chronic stress and pain, and reconnecting with your body so daily life feels more manageable and supported.

You deserve to feel good in your body and at peace in your mind.

Over time, stress, life experiences, and constant demands can leave the body carrying more than it knows how to release. This often shows up as chronic tension, pain, fatigue, brain fog, or a sense of disconnection, especially in midlife, when hormonal changes and life transitions place new demands on the nervous system.

As a woman in midlife, I understand how much can shift during this season…in our bodies, our roles, and our sense of who we are. As a caregiver to an aging parent, husband and neurodivergent children. I understand the gravity of what it means to live in a constant state of responsibility and hypervigilence. 

I know what it’s like for the nervous system to stay on high alert for years at a time, and how deeply that impacts the body and nervous system over time.

The work I offer is grounded, body-based, and focused on nervous system regulation.  I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, easing chronic stress and pain, and restoring nervous system balance through somatic movement, yoga, and nervous-system-informed nourishment.

My approach is informed by Neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, and Clinical Somatics, with a deep respect for how much the body holds and how capable it is of healing when given the right conditions.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself or revisiting the past. It’s about learning how to support your body where you are now, so life feels more manageable, connected, and sustainable.
