Do you feel like you are living your own version of Groundhog Day? Do you feel like your life is the same reoutine day after day, month after month, year after year?  Like your life revolves around computer screens, household duties, taking the kids to and from sports, and always on call with the never-ending emails and phone calls?

Life can and should be a about excitement, joy, peace, passion, and happiness.  Being stuck in a mindless routine doesn’t allow you space to experience any of these things.  In the rush to cross off all your To-Do items, you end up losing your connection with the present moment – missing out on what you’re doing and how you are feeling. Missing out on being present not only with yourself but your kids and family as well!

Meditation is not all calm and peace.  It allows you the space to truly tune in to your mind, your thoughts and emotions.  Meditation also allows time and space to dream, set goals and intentions for the future.

In this 6-week journey, you’ll learn how to use mindfulness and self-awareness to explore emotions and the world around you through a different lens.  This journey offers space to fully experience your world so that you can let your heart fully feel what needs to come up and out.
