My work supports women in their 40s and 50s who are ready for a body-based approach to healing. Rather than focusing on the past or revisiting old stories, we work with the nervous system to restore regulation, reduce chronic stress and pain, and rebuild a sense of safety and trust in the body.
Through somatic movement, yoga, and nervous-system-informed practices, this work helps you reconnect with your body in a way that feels steady, supportive, and sustainable.
This approach is especially supportive for women navigating midlife changes, caregiving roles, and long periods of responsibility that have kept the nervous system on high alert.
