Meditation for Calming and Releasing Anxious Thoughts

If you are finding yourself anxious in this season, I invite you to take a moment and listen to this meditation for calming and releasing anxious thoughts.  To begin, I invite you to find a comfortable position, seated or lying down, and slowly feel your body begin to relax. Gently close your eyes, take a deep breathe and allow the outside world to fade for a few moments.
