Meet Dena
I am a certified Integrative Health Coach and Somatic Trauma- Informed Coach.
Having grown up in a home with parents who were emotionally unavailable due to their own childhood traumas…this journey is as much mine as it is yours!
My mission is to empower women in thier 40’s and 50’s with systemic chronic pain and unresolved trauma to move out of chronic freeze by exploring the deep connections between mindset, nutrition, and movement.
As an adoptive and special needs mom with two autoimmune diseases, I found my body in a constant state of overwhelm and fight or flight and over time developed chronic inflammation in my body.
I worked through my own insecure attachment patterns with the help of modalities like yoga, meditation, and somatic exercises, allowing me to finally feel safe enough in my body to address the chronic stress and trauma that was contributing to my mental and physical dis-ease.
This is not just about alleviating symptoms but about empowering you to reclaim your body and your life, ensuring that healing is both profound and sustainable.
